RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, TRE VOCI will accept returns or exchanges on full price items. Items must be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags intact. Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order.
All sales are final after 10 days of receipt.
***Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. When returning items, we strongly recommend you obtain tracking information as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
If you are local to Los Angeles and would prefer to return your item(s) in store, please email orders email@example.com. A member from our customer service team will then respond with approval that the item can be brought to our store for an in-store return.
We offer one free exchange for all full priced items. Reach out to us at the firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange to get the right size or a different color en route to you!
EXCHANGES - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
At this time, we do not offer free exchanges for our International Customers due to high shipping costs. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns on all full price items for a full refund.

All items purchased on sale are considered Final Sale. Items will not be eligible for return/exchange or store credit.
